Data corrections

If you notice a fee, processing-time range, or form description that appears incorrect, please email us with:

• The form code and the data you believe is wrong
• What you believe the correct figure is
• A link to the official USCIS source confirming the correct data

We take data accuracy seriously. Corrections with a verifiable USCIS source are typically reflected within a few days.

What we cannot help with

PetitionPace is a general information site — we cannot:

• Advise you on your immigration case
• Tell you what to file or whether you qualify for any benefit
• Help you understand a USCIS notice you received
• Predict how long your specific case will take
• Refer you to a specific immigration attorney

For immigration help, contact a licensed immigration attorney or the DOJ list of pro bono legal service providers.
