Privacy policy

Tools are client-side only

The PetitionPace processing-time estimator, filing fee calculator, and forms finder run entirely in your browser. No data you enter into these tools — dates, form selections, dollar amounts — is transmitted to our servers or logged anywhere. The calculations happen locally and the results are displayed locally.

What we collect

We use standard web hosting through Cloudflare, which may log:

• Your IP address (required for routing)
• The pages you visit and when
• Your browser and device type (from the User-Agent header)
• HTTP referrer (the site you came from, if any)

This data is used for security, performance monitoring, and aggregate traffic analysis. We do not sell it, share it with advertisers, or use it to identify individual users.

What we do not collect

• Names, addresses, or contact information (unless you email us)
• Immigration case details, receipt numbers, or A-numbers
• Information you enter into our client-side tools
• Payment information (we have no paid services)
• Location beyond what your IP address implies at the country or region level

Email newsletter

If you subscribe to our email list, we collect your email address for the purpose of sending newsletter updates. We do not share this with third parties. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.

External links

We link to USCIS, egov.uscis.gov, and other external sites. Those sites have their own privacy policies and data practices that we do not control.

Cookies

We do not set marketing or tracking cookies. Cloudflare may set a security cookie (the cf_clearance cookie) for DDoS protection. Browser local storage may be used by our client-side tools to preserve your selections within a session — this data never leaves your device.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page if our data practices change materially. The date at the top of this page reflects the last update.
