Who this route is for

Skilled workers and recent graduates with a job offer from a designated employer in Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, or Prince Edward Island.

Eligibility requirements

  • A full-time, non-seasonal job offer from a designated Atlantic employer (1 year+ for TEER 0/1/2/3; permanent for TEER 4)
  • Provincial endorsement (employer-initiated) plus an approved settlement plan
  • Language CLB/NCLC 5 for TEER 0/1/2/3 jobs; CLB/NCLC 4 for TEER 4 jobs
  • Education: a Canadian secondary credential or a foreign equivalent confirmed by an ECA
  • About 1 year (1,560 hours) of relevant work experience in the past 5 years (graduates of Atlantic institutions are exempt)
