Why must all three mandatory items be ticked?

What is the salary threshold in 2026?
The usual annual floor is £41,700 or the occupation going rate, whichever is higher. The selected discounted routes have cash floors of £33,400 or £37,500, but different going-rate percentages and eligibility conditions. Extensions and some healthcare or education jobs follow other rules. Check the official salary guidance for your exact application.
What is the “going rate”?
Each eligible occupation has a published going rate. Some permitted discounts use a percentage of it; Immigration Salary List roles still require the standard going rate. This tool does not calculate that amount or any hourly requirement. Salary points remain unconfirmed until you confirm the applicable official conditions.
Does this cover the Health and Care Worker visa?
