Non-EU entrepreneurs with an innovative business idea who work with an IND-approved facilitator (incubator/mentor).
Eligibility requirements
- A guidance agreement with an IND-recognised facilitator (the facilitator must be a recognised sponsor and hold no major stake)
- An innovative, scalable product or service with a step-by-step business plan
- Sufficient means of support (around EUR 1,400+/month of own resources for the year)
- Registration with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK)
- Valid passport and Dutch health insurance

Recent changes & caveats
After the startup year, the founder transfers to the self-employed residence permit if the business is viable.
