Who this route is for

Students who have just completed an eligible UK degree while on a Student visa.

Be in the UK on a Student visa when you apply.
Have successfully completed an eligible UK degree (your provider reports completion to the Home Office).
No job offer, sponsor, or maintenance funds required.
Duration: 2 years (reducing to 18 months for applications from 1 January 2027); 3 years for PhD/doctoral graduates.

IHS-exempt Skilled Worker branch for NHS and eligible health professionals.
